Blog
We received some exciting news last week when we were notified that a :30 second television spot we developed for Wheatland Bank was awarded a bronze statuette in the 32nd Annual Telly Awards Competition. The Telly’s are the premier award honoring outstanding local, regional, national and cable TV commercials and programs, along with other digital and broadcast media.
Nearly 11,000 entries from all 50 U.S. states and numerous countries were reviewed and judged. Over 500 accomplished industry professionals served as judges in this year’s competition.
The Wheatland Bank spot was written and produced to connect primarily with business owners in need of lending from a bank in a strong financial position. The TV spot was part of our “What’s Your Bank Made Of?” campaign and used animated words derived from the letters in Wheatland Bank’s name. The Telly judges thought that this was a compelling way to tell the story of Wheatland Bank while keeping their brand in the center of the message.
Mike Bold at Digital Itch and our friends at the Hamilton Studio helped produce the spot, which was aired through a regional TV campaign throughout Wheatland’s market.
This is the first time we have entered the Telly competition and we are very pleased to have won our first time out.
Take a look at the Wheatland Bank spot and see if you agree with the Telly judges.
So glad I could be part of this project! Love the KH team!
