Shannon Hill Hired as Account/Traffic Coordinator
We recently hired Shannon Hill as Account/Traffic Coordinator and couldn't be happier to have her on the team. Shannon has experience working in advertising agencies in Spokane and Portland. She is very organized, in addition to having a great sense of humor and groovy dance moves. Her BFA in Advertising from the Art Institute of Portland and experience as a copywriter will be put to great use at Klündt | Hosmer. On a different note, if you notice a shortage of Post-It Notes at Office Depot, blame Shannon. She’s got those little suckers everywhere.
Patti Gasperino Retires. Heather Zangara Takes Over Her Desk.
After 18 years with us, Patti Gasperino, our Accounting/Office Manager, is headed for retirement. Over the years, we figure she has generated over 8,000 project invoices, baked nearly 200 staff birthday cakes, and sent over 157,000 emails reminding us to submit our time sheets by Friday. We will miss you, Patti!
Heather Zangara rose to the occasion and has been promoted to Accounting/Office Manager. Heather’s detailed, driver-style will help her manage our accounts receivables and payables, coordinate with vendors, and manage material inventories. You've probably met Heather if you have been in our office in the past year, as she assisted in traffic coordination and account management. Her BA in Communications from Washington State University and 10 years of experience in the banking field gives her a great background to manage the “business" side of our creative work. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to take on the position.

Advertising 101 for A/E/C Firms—Coming Up on June 12th
Don’t miss Rick Hosmer when he joins Chris Nordfors of Geo-Engineers and Frank Swoboda of Corner Booth Media for a panel discussion on effective advertising and promotion for architecture, engineering and construction (A/E/C) firms. It is important for architects, engineers and contractors to understand the unique challenges they face and to know how to effectively market their firms. This panel discussion will provide an opportunity to learn what works and what doesn’t.
